Such recovery is a reflection of the global economic situation and rule 2011 and the foreseeable future, Rifai said, adding that “now the challenge will be to consolidate this growth in coming years amid an uncertain global economic environment.”

-Also warned of concern to the WTO, the high rates of unemployment, since expectations are not enough to cover what was lost during the crisis.

Tourism in Den Oever 300x218 Tourism in Den OeverHolland, known for its windmills, canals, dams and cows, also pervades us a wonderful tour of their traditional villages.

One is Den Oever, a town located in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Wieringen, and is located about 18 miles east of Den Helder.

And unlike many other parts of the Netherlands, has been a sparsely populated rural area since medieval times. With the exception of an industry in the region, land in Den Oever are mainly used for agriculture.

It should be noted that the village is located on the west side of Afsluitdijk, a magnificent work of engineering art that separates the sea of land thereby blocking occurs with a series of locks for the execution of IJsselmeer in the Sea of Wadden, making it virtually an island.

And for the adventure and relaxation, during the summer months, there are travel agencies that organize trips by boat and yachts can be done from the port city to the Wadden Sea and water sports like windsurfing, rowing, boating, skiing, jet skiing and even fishing.

Surely this is one of the most important tourist attractions in the region, not only from Den Oever, but in the rest of The Netherlands, visiting lakes, lagoons, canals and rivers … a unique experience!

An important detail is that many of these water sports are developed along with routes that are made by bike for most of the day. There are companies that organize guided tours of the region up with accommodation on ships visiting all the main ports.

And Holland is a country whose territory is virtually below sea level, over the centuries, has managed to defend itself in the struggle against nature for the development of their peoples.

That is why the Afsluitdijk (dam closure) is a major feat of engineering which is a dock that connects the north of North Holland with Friesland, closing the IJsselmeer and the Wadden Sea separating.

Has a length of 32 km, 90 meters wide, and a height of 7.25 meters above sea level. It is now a two-lane highway and a specific lane for bicycles, which runs parallel to the highway.

It is surprising to note how the Afsluitdijk Enclus open to allow passage of boats and yachts. Do not hesitate to place these people in their tourism agenda … Den Oever awaits!
